In this article you will learn about:

  • Labour Hours Report

Labour Hours Report

  1. Click into the 'Reports' tab

  2. Select Compliance Reports > Labour Hours

  3. Select your Date Range

  4. Select relevant Location(s)

  5. Select all or relevant employees

  6. Press 'Export'

For information to populate into this report, you need to have Max/Minimum Weekly hours on an employee's profile.

This report will then show you, if someones paid hours for a week, went over or under their contracted hours.

Your report layout will look like the following screenshot:

What do these headings mean?

Rule Breached - This is one of the three values within the employee profile that can be breached which are Max Daily Hours, Max Weekly Hours, and Min Weekly Hours.
โ€‹Rule Value - The value to which you have set within the employee profile to be notified of in case the hours entered was not reached.
โ€‹Hours Worked - The value here is based on the timecards belonging to the employee. It is not based on the schedule.

If you try to generate the report and there are no breaches for any employee the report will still export but it will say "There have been no breaches of the following rule for the specified week: Max Weekly Hours, Min Weekly Hours, Max Daily hours"
