What is the Employee Leaver Report?

The Leaver Report contains the details of any currently deactivated employees that were deactivated during the date range specified. If an employee was deactivated and reactivated during the specified date range, they will not appear in the Leaver Report.

How to pull the Employee Leaver Report:

  1. Go to 'Reports'

  2. Go to Employee Reports >> Leaver Report

  3. Select the Date Range & Location,

  4. Press 'Export'

In this report, the following columns appear:

  • Employee name

  • Main Location

  • Bizimply ID

  • Employee No.

  • Email Address

  • Post Code & Country Code

  • Date of Birth

  • Phone Number

  • Start Dates

  • Finish Dates

  • Gender, Ethnicity, Nationality & Marital Status

  • Passport & Visa Expiry

  • Next of Kin Name & Number

  • Payroll Department

  • Main Position
