How do I reset my employee's password?

  • How to reset an employee password for the Employee Portal if they forget it

Here is a quick video walkthrough:

How to send an employee a link to reset their password on Bizimply

  1. Login to Bizimply

  2. Go to the Employee section

  3. Select the employee profile you need

  4. Go to the Work tab in their employee profile

  5. Beside where it says Employee Portal you will see a green button saying 'Email Password Reset'. Click this button

6. An email with a password reset link will be immediately sent to the employee at the email address on the personal profile
