What are Sick Record Files

Sick Record Files are files that have been added to a sick record logged for an employee and could be a Sick Cert or Return to Work form relating to the employee's period of illness. Employees can view the sick files that have been attached to their time off records by signing into their employee portal.

How to View Files added to Sick Records via Employee Portal

  1. Sign into bizimply.com

  2. Click into 'Employee Portal'

  3. Click into the 'Time Off' tab in the navigation bar

  4. If a sick record has a file attached, an icon will display under the 'Attachment' column to alert the employee as highlighted in image above

  5. Click into the Sick Record

  6. Click the hyperlink file attached to view the document

OR

  1. Follow steps 1 & 2 above

  2. Click into the 'Documents' tab

  3. Click into 'My Documents'

  4. Click into 'Time Off' folder

  5. View all sick files added
