How to Import Sales for Multiple Locations

Please note: This is part of the Shift Log feature as part of our Operations Management Suite. If you do not have this feature and are interested in adding it to your package, please contact your Bizimply Customer Success Manager.

How to Import your Sales for Multiple Locations

The multi location sales import allows you to import your historic sales for multiple locations in one single import. You must be an account administrator to import sales.

Please note: Multi location import can be used to upload for only one shift and one sales area. The sample file will only import to the first sales area turned on in the account.

  1. Login to Bizimply.com as an account admin

  2. Click on your name/email in the top right of your screen

  3. Select 'Settings' from the drop down menu

  4. Click 'Shift Log Setup' from the list on the left

  5. Click 'Sales Import'

  6. Scroll to 'Multi Location Import'

  7. Read through the instructions in blue on the right

  8. Select which locations you wish to import sales for using the 'Select Locations' drop down

  9. Download our sample CSV file by clicking the blue 'Multi Location Sample' button to import your sales as it is formatted correctly

10. Open the downloaded CSV file

11. The columns downloaded will represent the locations you selected.

12. Populate with data under the appropriate headings ensuring to use the correct dd/mm/yyyy format and not using any symbols

13. Once this is complete, save the file as a file as CSV

14. Return to the Bizimply screen and choose the locations to upload the historic sales to from the 'Select Locations' drop down

15. Select 'Choose File' and choose your saved CSV file

16. Click the blue 'Import' button

17. It may take a few minutes for your sales to upload
