In this article you will learn how to: 

  • Create multiple 'Shifts' on the Shiftlog
  • Turn on and off sales areas 
  • Edit & add new sales areas 
  • Turn on, off and edit labour areas
  • Turn on, off and edit additional metrics 
  • Turn on, off and edit daily questions 

Note: You must have administrator access these settings

Here's an overview video:

  1. Click on 'Settings' in the top-right dropdown menu 
  2. On the left side of the screen, click on 'Shift Log Setup' 
  3. Click on the area you wish to edit: Shift SetUp, Daily Metrics, Daily Questions
  4. Use the 'edit' fields to rename items already in the account 
  5. Use the green 'On' or 'Off' switch to turn the item on in the Shiftlog
  6. It is a good idea to click onto the Shiftlog while you are creating and configuring it so you can ensure that appears the way you intend it to
  7. Some metrics are viewable on the dashboard by clicking on the dashboard icon as viewed in the image below
