Email all of your employees at once

  1. Go to 'Employees'
  2. Select the little box beside employees, to select all employees on the page
  3. Select the box beside 'Action' to 'Select All Employees'
  4. Select 'Actions'
  5. Select 'Send Email Message'
  6. Type in the message you want to send in the pop-up
  7. Attach a file if necessary
  8. Press 'Send Email'
