How to Export your Employee Details

  1. Go to 'Reports'

  2. Go to 'Employee Reports'

  3. Select 'Employees Export'

  4. Select the relevant date range

  5. Select the relevant location(s)

  6. Select the relevant employee(s)

  7. Click the blue 'Export' button at the top right of screen

Who can Export the Employee Export Report?

All Account Administrators can export the Employee Export Report. Also, Managers and other custom roles can export the Employee Export Report if they have been assigned the correct permissions by the Account Admin.

The permissions needed to export this report include access to the 'Employee Reports' within Account Access > Reports as highlighted in the image below.

  1. When signed into Bizimply as Account Admin, click your name at top right of screen

  2. Select 'Account Access' from the drop down

  3. Click orange edit icon beside role you wish to give the permission to

  4. Scroll down to Reports and click 'Choose Options'

  5. Ensure the 'Employee Reports' checkbox is ticked

  6. Click save

The second permission needed to export this report is access to all HR Profiles within Account Access > Employees as highlighted in the image below.

  1. Follow steps 1-3 above

  2. Scroll down to Employees and click 'Choose Options'

  3. For the 'Allow access to the following HR Profiles' section, ensure all roles are selected

  4. Click save at bottom of the screen

Important note: Custom role users will only be able to export the employee data that they have been given access to within Account Access > Employees. For example: If a manager has not been given access to view employee's Payroll information, that information will not be included when they export the Employee Export report.
