Please note: Only an administrator on the account can access the Account Access section and make these changes.

How to give access to the correct HR profiles

You may or may not want your managers to have access to other manager's employee profiles. You can control this using the steps outlined below:

  1. Sign into bizimply.com and click your name at the top right of the screen

  2. Select 'Account Access' from the drop down menu

  3. Click the orange edit icon located beside the Manager role

  4. Scroll down to 'Employees' and click the 'Choose Options' button

  5. Where it says 'Allow access to the following HR Profiles', select 'This Role' if you want your managers to have access to other managers employee profiles. (If you do not want them to have this access, ensure 'This role' box is unticked)

  6. Click save at the bottom of the screen

How to give access to the correct schedules

If your manager does not have access to a certain schedule, it may be because you did not assign them access to it in the manager permissions. You can correctly set this up using the steps below:

  1. Sign into bizimply.com and click your name at the top right of the screen

  2. Select 'Account Access' from the drop down menu

  3. Click the orange edit icon located beside the Manager role

  4. Scroll down to 'Schedule' and click 'Choose Options' button

  5. Where it says 'Allow accessing to the following schedules:', tick the relevant schedules from the drop down that you wish for the manager to have access to. (It is important that the manager is shared to the location that the schedule it set up in)

  6. Click save at the bottom of the screen

How to give your manager the same access in a shared location

If you have shared your manager to another location but they can not view this location when they are logged in, you must assign them the manager role in that location using the steps below:

  1. Sign into bizimply.com

  2. Select the relevant location from the 'All Locations' drop down at the top left

  3. Click into the 'Employees' tab

  4. Search for manager's name and click into profile

  5. Click into the 'Roles' tab

  6. Select the manager role

  7. Click save
