What is the Labour Hours Graph

The Labour Hours Graph is a graph detailing the scheduled hours with a breakdown by positions and also forecasted hours. It allows you to have a better overview when coordinating resources and building out schedules.

Please note: The Forecasted Hours are only included on the Labour Hour Graph If you have set your forecast settings to split on a per schedule basis. If you have set 'No' to these forecast settings, the forecasted hours are not included in the graph.

How to Access the Labour Hours Graph

  1. Sign into bizimply.com

  2. Select relevant location from the 'All Locations' drop down menu

  3. Click into the 'Schedule' tab

  4. Select the 'Labour Hours' tab at the bottom of the screen

  5. Select the graph icon at the top right of the pop up

The Labour Hours Table

The Labour Hours table displays the scheduled hours, forecasted hours and the difference between the two within a table format.

If you have set your forecast settings to split on a per schedule basis, it will show the hours in relation to the schedule you are viewing. If you have set 'No' to these forecast settings, it will the hours in relation to the location as a whole.

How to Use the Labour Hours Graph

  • The graph updates in real-time as you drag and drop shifts on to the schedule

  • The numbers running along the top of the stacked columns show the number of labour hours scheduled in or forecasted in for that day

  • The stacked columns are broken down by position with a legend to the right-hand side of the table with colour coded positions.

  • If you wish to exclude a position from the graph, simply click on the position in the legend and that position will be excluded from the graph view. In this example, the 'Manager' position has been excluded.

Permissions to Access Labour Hours Graph

There are two permissions needed for a manager or other role to access the Labour Hours graph which are both contained within Schedule:

  • Edit Schedules - Ability to view Scheduled Hours on graph

  • View Forecast - Ability to view Forecasted Hours on graph & difference

  1. Sign into bizimply.com as Admin

  2. Click your name/email at top right of screen

  3. Select 'Account Access' from drop down menu

  4. Click the orange edit icon beside the role you wish to give permission to

  5. Scroll down to 'Schedule'

  6. Click the 'Choose options' button

  7. Tick the 'Edit Schedules' checkbox

  8. Tick the 'View Forecast' checkbox (if you wish to allow them to view forecasted hours also)

  9. Click save at bottom of the screen
