Contracted Hours for your Employees

You will learn how to upload contracted hours, view contracted hours on the schedule, timecards and view worked hour differences.

How to upload and amend contracted hours for your employees

  1. Under the 'Payroll' tab in your Employees section, you will now see a field called Contracted Hours. Insert the employee's contracted hours here and press 'Save'

  2. Alternatively, you can bulk upload all employee's contracted hours at once (or use this to amend multiple contracted hours) by using the Update Employee Profiles function found in the settings and pictured below:

How to view contracted hours on the schedule

  1. Click the 'Total' dropdown on the top right of the schedule

  2. Select 'Versus Contracted Hours'

  3. The column will now change to reflect scheduled hours vs contracted hours for each employee on the schedule. This figure will include any hours from any shared locations where the employee is scheduled

How to view contracted hours on the timecards

  1. On the employee's timecard, you will now see 'All Timecard Hours' with an information symbol beside it

  2. Click on the information symbol to see hours that that employee has as selected 'Paid' time across all shared locations and how that compares to the employee's contracted hours

How to pull a report of contracted hours versus paid hours

  1. Select Reports > Complicance Reports > Contracted Hours

  2. Select the week starting

  3. Select the chosen locations

  4. Press Export

  5. Your exported report will show contracted hours versus paid hours (including shared locations) and the difference
