What is Employee Document Access
Employee Document Access is the ability for employees to access their own documents stored within their employee profile. Employees now have the ability to access this by signing into their Employee Portal.
How to switch on Employee Document Access feature
Please note: Only Admins on the account can access the following settings.
Sign into bizimply.com as Admin
Click your name/email address at top right of screen
Select 'Settings' from the drop down menu
Click on 'Employees' from the list of categories on the left
Select 'Personal Settings' from the drop down
In the 'Additional Tabs' section, switch the Documents field to On
In the 'Employee Portal' column, tick the 'View' option
How to select which documents employees can view
Once the feature has been switched on by an Administrator, you can assign employee's access to their documents using the steps below.
Click into the 'Employees' tab
Search for relevant employee and click into their employee profile
Click into the 'Documents' in their employee profile
In the 'Employee Access' column, tick the relevant documents you wish for the employee to see
You can also tick the box beside 'Employee Access' if you would like the employee to view all documents included in their profile

How to assign access to a manager role
You may want your managers to be able to select which documents the employees can view as outlined. If so, you can assign manager roles access to this using the steps below:
Sign into bizimply.com as Admin
Click your name/email address at top right of screen
Select 'Account Access' from the drop down menu
Click the orange edit icon beside the relevant role e.g. Manager
Scroll down to 'Employees' section and click 'Choose Options'
Tick the 'Allow Document Access' option as shown in image below
Click save at the bottom of the screen
How employees can access their documents
Sign into bizimply.com using your email address and password
Click into your Employee Portal
Click into the 'Your Profile' tab at the top of the screen
Next click into the 'Documents' tab in the employee profile
Click into the 'Company Documents' tab to view general documents relating to business
Click into the 'My Documents' tab to view employee's own personal documents
