There are several parts of the employee profiles that you can edit for multiple employees at once. They are:
Title i.e Mr, Mrs, Ms
Gender
Ethnicity
Nationality
Marital status
Shared Locations
Schedules

Other Positions
Web clocking in and out
GPS clocking in and out
Status
Role
Payroll Department
Payment i.e. Hourly, Salary
Max Daily Working Hours
Max Weekly Working Hours

How to bulk edit multiple employees at once
Go to 'Employees'
Select check box in top left corner, beside 'Employee' to select all employees on the page.
If there is more than 20 employees in your location, you will need to scroll down the page to be able to select all the employees
4. Press 'Actions', on the right-hand side
5. Select "Quick Edit" from the dropdown menu.
6. At this point you can add more employees by clicking on the small arrow. (Or you can click straight into "Actions" before selecting employees by the checkboxes and choose your employees at this point).
7. Choose which tab you want to make your edits in bulk
8. Now choose which fields you want to update for each of the selected employees
9. Click "Save".
This edit will now be have been applied to the employees you selected. You can do this for all of your employees, or select particular employees only.
