Engagement Survey
The Engagement Survey is an anonymous way to see how your employees are feeling.
You must turn on the Engagement Survey app in the HR Management suite within the App centre.
This can be turned on via the Timestation, so when an employee is clocking out at the end of the day.
At the end of the day when the employee is clocking out, they will be asked how their day was and to rate it between three smiley faces.
These answers are completely anonymous. You can see the results on your dashboard or by pulling the Engagement Survey report.
