What is the Bizimply Timestation

The Bizimply Timestation app is an easy way for employees to clock in and out of work.

Similarities Between The Android And iOS Versions Of Timestation

  • Clock In & Out: Employees can clock in and out on both versions of the app using their unique 4 digit pin

  • Break Capture: Break capture feature is available on both versions of the app meaning employees can clock in and out for their breaks if the feature is enabled.

  • Photo Capture: Photo capture feature is available on both versions of the app when employees clock in to ensure there is no 'buddy punching'.

  • Offline Clock In: Employees can continue to clock in and out on both versions while the Timestation is offline (disconnected from the internet). The data will be stored on the both Timestation apps and sync up to bizimply.com once a connection is made again.

  • Settings: Both versions of Timestation have a Settings section to control photo capture settings that is controlled by a 4 digit manager pin.

Key Differences Between Android And iOS Versions Of Timestation

iPad-only features:

  • Multi-Location Set Up: Multi-Location set up allows employees to clock in and out of multiple locations from the same iPad.

  • Attendance Questionnaire: Attendance Questionnaire is a convenient way of collecting employee feedback.

  • Timestation Announcement: Customisable Timestation Announcement allows Admins to create customised messages for their employees to see when they are clocking into work on the Timestation.

  • Employee Engagement Survey: Employee Engagement Survey is an anonymous way to see how your employees are feeling

  • Time Records: Employee's clock in time records cannot be viewed on the Android version of the Timestation. (Please note: All clock ins are synced and stored in the Attendance section of bizimply.com for both versions)

  • Employee Directory: List of employees working in the location is not available on the Android version of the Timestation.

Android-only features:

  • Ability to Log Out: The ability to log out of the Timestation app is only available on the Android version and not available on the iOS (iPad) version.

  • Export Un-synced Data: The ability to export un-synced data to CSV file is available on Android Version. This is not available on the iOS (iPad) version.
